As you book, the app will do the work for you to find a local Genie, if there isn’t anyone available, you should be notified and we suggest choosing another time to book.  We are working hard to add more Genies all the time.  On the rare occasion something may have gone wrong for the Genie, but they should let you know if they can no longer make it or need to come at a later time.  Please contact us with any concerns, feedback or additional help you need.  We are really keen to help customers the best we can and want the opportunity to resolve your issues.
